In mid-July, I had an amazing opportunity to head out to California with the most talented group of photographer gal pals and shoot some pretty amazing stuff. Our second night consisted of this beautiful Malibu Elopement at El Matador Beach. The sunset was absolute perfection and so was the love that these two share for each other. When I look through these photos, I still can’t believe that they are real and that I was the one who got to take them.

We started down by the water and the rocks and my goodness, I could have been there all evening just snapping away. The views just speak for themselves but Meghans gown just looked so beautiful against the neutral toned sand and rocks.

After loving on each other on the beach, we headed up to the canyons on El Matador Beach and I was speechless. I thought the views down below were breathtaking; the views from up top were even more dreamy that I could have ever imagined. I mean look at that hazy and magical lighting!! I’ll never get over it.

This elopement and overall trip was seriously an experience of a lifetime. I really hope to be traveling more and getting to capture more love stories all over the world one day but for now, this California couple lives in my head rent free at all times!
